BRND WGN was STEP’s first client within the creative space and the first ISO 9001 creative agency in Malta. The agency has been ISO certified since 2013.
STEP provided support that allowed the company to adopt and implement a quality management system (QMS) based on the requirements of ISO 9001. The most daunting challenge in this project was to tailor and implement the concepts of ISO 9001 to a service provider’s context. One of BRND WGN’s priorities was to improve its processes and add further structure, without jeopardising their creative process.
