Challenge

With the heating up of the IT market, ICT Solutions envisioned the opportunity to take the company to a new level of services delivery, rebuilding a differentiated composition of services offered.

This new strategic positioning demanded a revision of the organizational structure in order to provide the right environment to meet the growing demand, which led top management to redefine its management model in order to promote sustainable, structured growth, with greater engagement and development of its staff.

Thereafter, ICT established a new management model base on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and defined as a strategic objective the restructuring of internal processes, establishing ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 as pillars in direction to the total quality and considered essential to opening new doors in the market and gaining the trust of new customers.

The challenge to achieve this new strategy was to strengthen leadership and allocate the necessary resources, with the right people, in a focused and systematic way.

Approach

ICT Solutions know how transformations can impact people’s lives and it was with conscious responsibility that they decided to embark on this process.
