Mr Reuben Xuereb was appointed Executive Chairman in 2011 and has spearheaded a complete restructuring of the organisation to what it is today. The QP Team consists of 80 talented and passionate professionals including Architects, Design Architects, Civil & Structural Engineers, Interior Designers, Building Services Engineers, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Archaeologists, Land Surveyors and Research Assistants. QP’s Head Office is located in Birkirkara, Malta, with offices in the United Kingdom, Brussels, and Libya.

Back in 2015, STEP was requested by QP to assist in achieving ISO Certification. STEP’s role was to facilitate the process of creating a system that ensures that QP will consistently be able to provide a service that meets customer and regulatory requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.

STEP provided specific expertise, identified problems, were objective onlookers that delivered results, discussed methods used by the company to do work and identified areas for improvement.


QP successfully achieved ISO 9001 certification through the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA) on the 9th of September 2016.

Since then, QP has been using STEP’s ISO Support Services to continuously review and refine the company’s processes and conduct frequent internal audits. The organisation’s management system is much stronger now that quality management structures are in place.
