STEP was a catalyst in helping 2i to review all aspects of its operations, specifically its design and development processes.

STEP, backed up by experience in ISO certification consultancy guided 2i along to absorb its vast industry experience and disseminate the salient practices across the group and its employees.

2i has ensured to conclude the intense certification process in a short timeframe and is upbeat that the exercise has been a beneficial one to the organisation.

Following the successful achievement of ISO 9001 certification, 2i invested in implementing and integrating ISO 27001 Information Security Management System certification. This has all been part of 2i’s continuous improvement process which ensures the strengthening of its operations and its customer-centric relationship approach.
