STEP offers a range of auditing courses, each of which can be tailored to a particular skill level, namely:

• Introductory courses: Providing an overview of a specific auditing area and familiarising participants with key definitions and requirements. These courses are organised and delivered by STEP professionals.

• Internal auditing courses: Aimed at equipping individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to analyse processes in their workplace, compare them to international standards and initiating change. These courses are also offered by STEP.

• Lead auditing courses: Advanced training for professionals who want to earn new qualifications to advance in their careers or start on a new track. These courses are delivered in collaboration with a training partner.

Training courses may be accredited or non-accredited.

All the courses we organise may be delivered directly at the client’s premises or else companies can send delegates to join our general groups or short training sessions. 

Additionally, we offer training to all organisations that are planning on obtaining ISO certified as an integral part of their qualification process. These sessions help raise awareness among the workforce about new processes being implemented, as well as inform them about important policy documents and their practical consequences.
