Challenge

MTS Consulting first contacted STEP in 2011 to assist in obtaining ISO 9001 certification.

MTS Consulting had been operating for over 35 years and recognised the benefits of obtaining ISO 9001 Quality Management Certification as part of the company’s growth strategy.

STEP guided MTS Consulting through the certification process, identifying improvements required and facilitating the process without adding unnecessary additional processes.

ISO Certification creates a structure that ensures that MTS Consulting can continually provide a service that meets and exceeds customer requirements and improves customer satisfaction.

Approach

STEP supported MTS Consulting to create a documented process from its original management systems to a practice that qualifies for ISO 9001 certification.

MTS Consulting has now been certified for 9 years and the process keeps evolving to ensure that they are developing according to both internal and external environments that influence MTS Consulting’s growth and development.

Outcome

MTS Consulting received ISO 9001 certification in August 2011.

STEP worked closely with MTS to guide them through the process without imposing additional unnecessary processes.

ISO 9001 helped strengthen MTS Consulting’s management systems and document control and ultimately improved the end product to their clients.
