Finally, a substantial part of MAP IT Ltd.’s client portfolio consists of multi-national companies which have obtained various ISO certifications and had provided indications that ISO certification would be hugely beneficial to their business relationships.

MAP IT Ltd. worked closely with STEP to document the various development and support processes that were already being implemented in the day-to-day activities of the business.

STEP provided essential recommendations on how these could be improved and also gave assistance on how to focus on the essential goals and priorities of the company.

MAP IT Ltd. obtained ISO certification within nine months by achieving excellent results in the external audit in November 2019 and was certified by SGS Italia S.p.A.

Obtaining certification has helped the organisation improve its processes while maintaining the levels of customer satisfaction.
