Thursday the 19th of October 2023 marked the celebration of STEP’s 10 year anniversary.
Founder Stefan and the rest of the STEP team invited family, friends, and clients and customers to Kettles at the Brewhouse, in the stunning Trident Park development, for an evening of celebration, casual networking, delicious food and beers.
In a brief thank you speech, Stefan took us on a journey back in time – to the chilly days of February 2013, where a younger Stefan, was led by fate or chance to a plastic injection moulding factory.
There, a passionate individual shared his dream – to achieve ISO certification and be able to work with renowned brands like Lego.
That encounter marked a turning point, igniting a spark that would shape the future of STEP Enterprises Ltd.
Fast forward to today, and we are celebrating a significant milestone – the 10th anniversary of STEP Enterprises Ltd. In a world where only 30% of businesses survive the turbulent first decade, we stand here, not just as a surviving entity but as a thriving testament to the power of dreams, hard work, and dedication.

Over the past decade, STEP Enterprises Ltd has evolved from a humble beginning to a dynamic team of five, extending our reach internationally.
We embarked on a journey rooted in quality management, helping over 100 companies achieve ISO 9001 certification. Our expertise then expanded to ISO 27001 Information Security, ISO 14001 Environmental Management, and ISO 45001 Health and Safety Management.
Today, we proudly celebrate 222 certifications achieved by our clients, local and international, a testament to our commitment to excellence.
