Stefan Debono
Founder & CEO
Stefan brings a broad experience in management consultancy and lead auditing for businesses, having worked in this field even before co-founding STEP Enterprises. He studied management and ICT, and has taken several industry-recognised courses about a number of ISO standards. Before becoming part of STEP, Stefan worked in various roles, including project management, sales, and customer service. When not driving around the island to meet clients, Stefan stays active by cycling and doing body weight training.
Clive Ebejer
Management System Consultant
Clive graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Malta and has been working with STEP since 2013. He has previous experience in the manufacturing sector, which gives him the ability to translate the most complex ISO concepts into simple, clear steps that can be put into practice in industrial settings. Away from the office, Clive enjoys drinking a good cup of coffee, cycling competitively, and spending time with his family.
Jeremy Bonello Boissevain
Junior Management System Consultant & Marketing Executive
Jeremy graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Malta and started working with STEP in 2021. Jeremy is keen on learning and bringing fresh new ideas to the table, often trying to find a balance between practicality and creativity. Away from the office Jeremy keeps active, staying up to date with all the latest technologies, and is an avid motorcyclist.
