Ensuring safety in the food supply chainThe event “Ensuring safety in the food supply chain” is concerned with the whole food industry – from farming, to food production, to distribution, to retail, to catering. The primary purpose of the event is to help you answer the following questions:

  • Are you sure your supply chain and products are safe and sustainable?
  • What are the major food safety standards?
  • Which are the connections with sustainability issues?
  • How can you drive a food safety culture?

At Step Enterprises and LRQA we know that the food industry faces rising food safety, environment and social customer demands, coupled with tougher stakeholders and government requirements.

 

We have therefore taken this Step to help you move forward by providing you with high quality training material to help you identify between what you should do, and what you must do.

This is a 3 hour training course starting at 15:00. A minimal fee of €25 exc. VAT is required upon confirming your attendance. A certificate of attendance will be provided upon request.
